All My Sons Moving & Storage of Colorado Springs

We started out with two movers but quickly realized that one of them was not able to handle our things and his coworker safely. I called All My Sons and Jake efficiently and graciously solved the problem for us. We soon had three AWESOME movers helping us- Ritchie, Campbell & Rutger- they were honestly phenomenal! They worked like a true team to get everything accomplished that we hoped for and then some.They were courteous, polite, had a great sense of humor, and were very concerned about our possessions. They kept us well informed about any and all procedures and happenings, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy... best moving experience we’ve had in the several moves we’ve had in Colorado! We are very thankful and highly recommend them!

A guy came to the house to give us a quote, he assured us they would take great care of us and our house by using runners/protectors to keep our floors nice, none of which happened. The movers didn't use any protectors on our floors and ruined them by dragging heavy items on them instead of lifting. No accountability by management or discount whatsover, the insurance we paid them for doesn't cover anything. The estimator sold us on paying more for quality movers, but we were duped. If you care about your house find somebody else because their is zero concern for your property or possessions by these people.

I was torn between four and five stars because noone is perfect, but these guys were close enough I think five is warranted. They were on time, scheduled for between 7:30 and 9:00 AM. I got a call around 7:55 that they were on the way and arrived at 8:20 sharp. Moving items by 8:30. Finished by 2:45 PM. We had a full 1300 sq ft house. They got it all in the truck no problem minus the prohibited items that I had to move. Michael, Nick, and Zach were our movers and they were great. Polite and professional, courteous and prompt. Yes sir and no sir were their prompt reply and I respect that. They actually added protection to our door frames and heavy traffic areas on the floor. I know it stinks working on a Saturday but they handled the whole move with positive attitudes and I am so grateful for that. Highly recommend this crew for your move. Granted, their trucks could use some cosmetic love but that's not totally the crew's fault. So all in all a great experience with All My Sons moving. Keep up the good work guys!
