Ryan and Ty were wonderful movers. So professional and detail-oriented. Ryan explained every document that needed my signature and what it was for. My belongings were treated with care and their efficiency was amazing. No wasted movements, fully loaded hand truck each time. They took no breaks and the pricing reflected that. I would recommend All My Sons Moving and Storage to anyone preparing to relocate. They definitely took the stress out of moving, and I can’t thank them enough.

Look everywhere else except Google, and you will find horror story after horror story about this company. All My Sons of Greensboro said that moving our large studio mirrors would not be a problem at all. They broke most of the giant studio mirrors, and then refused to unload the truck until we paid them $1200 (in addition to the $300 we already paid them). I feel scammed, since I expected a charge of maybe $600-900 total (before getting money back for the mirrors hopefully). They charged us $700 for cardboard boxes and tape alone, even though we had ample boxes available and tape for them to use. And the only things that they packed were mirrors. I was never quoted for the extra materials and never agreed to use them. They also squashed a box I labeled “DELICATE”... It's been 4 months since the incident. The company initially responded to my claim with an insulting offer of $25... Then I got the BBB and my credit card company involved, so they made it $200, but with a condition that I could not post negative reviews online. Not worth it and VERY SLIMY. BBB complaint was labeled "unresolved" since All My Sons would not cooperate. UPDATE: 10 months since the incident. Company has now addressed the issue through my bank and BBB. Thanks guys!

My move occurred on 9/21/2019. The salesman that booked my move told me the movers would be professional, fast and treat my furniture with the upmost care. Since this was a local in state move, I believed him. The results were horrible! They didn't use a ramp, they had very little equipment so most of the things they moved was by heavy lift. They lost the hardware to our beds, they crushed the casing of our piano, dented our refrigerators, dented our new washing machine, scarred our formal dining room hutch, table and chairs. Large gouges and scars on all bookcases, furniture and TVs. The crew took well into the night to finish. The damage was well into the thousands of dollars and their insurance just offered me $500.00 and said I only have 90 days until the offer expires. I'll share picture if anyone wants to see them! Run from this company! I want a complete refund of the $3725.25 cost of the move. The basic insurance payback by weight exceeds $6400.00.
