Moving is never easy but my three-man crew showed up on time. They were courteous and friendly. They knew what they were doing, asked appropriate questions, moved quickly but handled my furniture as if it was their own. No lolly-gagging!

Only compliant we have is..................... the Texas heat that the movers had to endure during my move. (Now that I got your attention!!) Read on! All my Sons did an exceptional job in moving my family's 5 bedroom 2.5 bath in a timely and professional manner. Communication was open at all times and we all were on the same page throughout the whole move. I especially appreciate the accommodations made when my husband and I personally wanted certained items in a specific truck. Without hesitation they came together and discussed how it can be done and moved accordingly. Joshua Dodson- Quoter, came and thoroughly marked everything in his pad, down to earth and easy to talk to, answered any question we had. Adrian- Assistant, kept the mood at all times comfortable and professional, while not missing a beat wrapping packing and hauling items out. Javon- Co-leader, professional in handling the details of how the move was going to be done paperwork and payment as well. Thomas- Leader of the pack, communicated throughout the entire move  how things would flow kept everyone in line and moving at a respectful pace. Sam- New member,  still learning the groups flow and pace but easy to talk with and touched nothing unless spoken to crew or person of the house first to make sure no mistakes were made. The overall consistency of the team asking questions, making sure items were moved with precision, accuracy, and with tender loving care. My family was apply to joke and laugh with the crew there was never a dull moment. We are big on honesty and integrity and any question we had or concerns were handled and discussed and we appreciate that very much. They did not leave until we were absolutely satisfied with how and where items were placed. Extremely knowledgeable of their jobs with exceptional customer service!

The front office were professional and courteous, however there were all of these hidden fees not disclosed until after the move. I was quoted $109 that included travel, fuel, and tools used. It was not told to me about a 2hr minimum until the paperwork was sent out the day before which was too late for me to cancel the move. Normally the additional fuel and travel would be fine BUT we did not leave the complex or the building. It was from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor in the same building! We did not use the truck, only tools used were the dolly (once) and some wrap on one item. We also did not use the full 2 hrs that I was charged. A total of $355 for a quick move. I am honestly upset but the only reason there is a star rating is because of the movers Coryn and David. They were AWESOME! They worked hard, communicated, had great personalities, and very professional. I honestly wish they had their own moving company. Thanks so much to the movers! Made the experience tolerable.
