All-Points Dump Trucking

Called to report that a rock flew off one of his trucks and was transferred to some man named Peanut. He first told me that he had several trucks out in the direction I was traveling and wasn't able to pin point which truck without the tag number which was on the front. My daughter was taking pictures of the information that was on the side but unfortunately ALL their trucks have the same information on the side. I pulled over to wait for the truck but he got off on the exit before me. My insurance agent called and spoke with Peanut and she said he checked the route and the truck that was in that area was empty and that it probably flew from a tire.(HE OBVIOUSLY FORGOT THAT HE TOLD ME THAT HE HAD SEVERAL TRUCKS TRAVELING IN MY DIRECTION WHICH MY DAUGHTER WAS RECORDING EVERYTHING BECAUSE I COULDN'T WRITE AND DRIVE)
I'm going to take this a step further because this company obviously has a rehearsed line to keep them from paying which is very unprofessional!
THIS COMPANY WILL HEAR FROM ME AGAIN .

Called this morning to report a rock came from the back dump truck and hit my windshield. The person on the phone stated of our trucks are empty if probably fell off one of the tires. So we aren't responsible. I took pictures of the truck and of my crack. Again he laughed and stated the trucks were empty. The driver was going well over 70 miles an hour.

A professional company would at least offer to pay half the cost of fixing the damage.
