I don’t know where to begin. This was a nightmare Ty and Barrett (movers) were great…. The office gave my movers the wrong address which took them over a half hour to find my drop off location…. Once they got here the rain started to come down heavily and us and the movers decided we wanted to hold off bit on moving until the rain let up. We called the office and spoke with Janet who didn’t know much of anything…. She then transferred us to Cassandra. Cassandra did not care about potential wet furniture or damages she just kept stressing all the extra fees she was going to give us. Once the phone call Was ended the movers let us know that Cassandra and the moving company were extremely money hungry and that they’d find every reason to keep charging us even though the rain was out of all of our hands….. Cassandra, the movers and myself finally agreed to continue on with the move after the movers ensured us that they could get the job done in a timely manner all the while protecting our items. Then… they destroyed my furniture. The movers let my brand new furnace sit on the cement while they pushed and pivoted it to the door, nor blankets or plastic wrap….. then while moving my box spring they scratched and damaged our newly painted walls…. We called Janet and all she could say was wow and that we weren’t supposed to go along with the move according to Cassandra… which was false…

Offering no form of compensation or even an apology we refused to pay movers due to an insufficient job. Cassandra was more worried about money then she was about helping us solve a problem and wouldn’t even talk replacement of the items that her employee destroyed until they got payment. She then threatened to “see us in court” so I guess we will be meeting them there

This was by far one of the worst encounters I’ve had with any company offering a service… the women in the office are rude and completely clueless on how to operate and run a business and this company should be ashamed of themselves we still have boxed and furniture not even moved from point A to Point B so now we are left with moving boxes in our living room when they should have been in our master bedroom.

Thanks to this company for assisting me in short notice.

These men were horrible, they took 4 hours to take down 3 beds and move a total of 10 totes and a couple bags. They took breaks knowing they were getting paid by the hour. I would never recommend them to anyone. I will never call them for a job again, if i could give 0 stars i would. Then nobody knew what they were doing, i wouldn’t be surprised if something breaks down in a couple of weeks, everyone ones excuse was that they were new.
