All Pro Moving

My daughter hired All Pro Movers for a move from one apt building to another in same complex.
They gave her a written price of $395.

On the day the move, they moved everything into the truck. They said the policy is they can’t unload the truck until paid in full.

They then tacked on another $514 for tape, cardboard boxes they cut in half to cover furniture, and blankets they used. She was shocked when the bill skyrocketed to $910.
Be very aware of this company. Check Better BB and look at all complaints. I wish we did. Very dishonest.

Very disappointed, not worth the headache. Anyone reading this do not waste your time with these thieves, they will give you a low quote to get your attention and then double it when its time to pay.

Dont even waste your time and money on them. Their clock begins when they reach point of service, stops when they reach their home. We land up paying for fuel surcharge.
They give an estimate where packing costs are always lesser than they eventually bill for. I landed up paying USD 1385 for an initial estimate of 565 USD.
They are not kind about IKEA furniture like wardrobes, they just keep it on property/anywhere in the house but wont disassemble/reassemble it if the ceiling height is low. Alia on the phone did not mention that they quote 'STANDARD FURNITURE'. IKEA guys please take note as IKEA is not standard.
John is NOT NICE! He hangs up the phone on you if you ask for clarification.
Please be kind on yourself and save the heartache. Looks for better services around. If there is a lesser star than one, I totally choose it.

Where do i even begin. If i can give 0 stars i would. Today was my move day (8/29/19). I am a single man in a one bedroom apartment on the second floor moving (with elevator access) to a house. 2 months before the move in date, i was quotes $515. Which included 1 hr travel time and 3 hrs labor, waived elevator fee, and $100 worth of packing. The quote stated 2 couches, storage cabinet (which i ended up selling) 25-30 boxes, 1 queen size bed and 2 dressers. I thought to myself, great you’re hired. 2 weeks before the move i had concerns about their negative reviews so i decided to call and potentially cancel. I ended up speaking to John (the owner) and he was able to convince me that as long as everything is in boxes (minus the furniture) you’re good! He was able to convince me so i kept them. Move in day came, at the end of loading the truck the bill came out to $912!! Are you kidding me? Jake explained the materials for packing was an extra charge of a $100, because there was a long walk is an extra $75, and he also charged me for 5 hrs total and not 4 which was an extra $85 plus a bunch of other stupid charges like padding. I could not believe it as it didn't make any sense. On the way to the second location i call their office and Elia (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was extremely nice and understood and also told me i was right and that she had also experienced something similar with her move. She gave me the number to John the owner. For an owner of a company this guy is absolutely clueless. There was no reasoning with him even tho i told him exactly what the situation was. He also stated he’s the one who quoted me. If thats so, WHY IS IT SO OFF? All these extra charges were beyond bogus. Even the workers looked at my apartment with happiness because of how easy the job was. The workers arrived at 820 and left the second location at 1145. Even considering a half hr back to the office its still under 4 hours total. My advice, trust your gut and DO NOT HIRE THEM. Granted the workers were cool but the charges are beyond a rip off. John, i hope you see this. Next time a customer has an issue you work with them. No wonder your company sucks.

Lied and Late. Original told me 3 days. Waited over a month for my stuff and still do not have it. So according to them they have broken the law by not getting are stuff to my new place in 21 days.
