I would never use this moving company and strongly recommend not to use this company, they trap you. In the beginning, they will give you decent rates including all the list of furniture and number of boxes. When they arrived, they gave exact same estimate what was given on the phone. The helper guys does not speak english, only one guy who speaks english, will use headphone, does not listen to you untill they load in there truck, after they load, he came with 3x price they originally gave estimate, we couldn't argue since he finish loading. Very rude, high tone, unfriendly behavior. He goes like whatever we gave you, it was just estimate (even though original estimate had all the listed items and number of boxes given in advance) . We can't give you exact numbers untill we load. It was weekend, moving office never answerd the phone, never call back. You are in complete trap. They had unprofessional staff, at one point we had to help to move just a mattress box. Who wants to hire someone, where you help them and pay 3x times the original estimate. I am not at all happy with price and service they provide.

Not very personable guys, not very careful with belongings, a lot of extra charges. I cringed watching them carry my desk on their back opposed to getting a second set of hands to carry it down stairs. They used a hand truck and piled stuff too high, it made me nervous every time I saw my breakables wobble after they pulled the hand truck out from underneath. I provided a tv box to put the tv into but they didn’t know how to use the box so instead of figuring it out they tore up the cardboard and taped it around the tv ... it wasn’t until I stepped in to ask them to use the provided covering around the screen and they left behind the provided corner cushions for the tv. I got charged over $300 for “supplies” of some tape and blankets.

Got an initial quote for $1500 and i agreed to it as it was average. Moving day they show up and load some of our stuff then they decided its $2500. Calmly went back inside looked up their reviews came back out had them unload my stuff and told them to GTFO of my property. Beware, they use the old quote switch and they are NOT licensed. Went with absolute move and it was one of the best decision i made. Scums.

SCAM Alert!!!! Don't be a victim

Recently I got a quote from All Pro Moving for $391.00 for a move which was only 20 miles apart. I was told that they will be using fumigated mattress protectors for covering the mattresses. I booked their service. Since I knew that the packaging materials to be provided by the movers would be at a premium, I had already packed all my stuff in boxes except furniture. On the day of the move, movers came with a list of documents to sign. The document I initialed did not have the price of the packing material. I was ok signing the docs as I had all my stuff packed except furniture. The blanket for the furniture was priced for rent at 5$ a piece, which was acceptable for me. Moreover, I did not have an option at that time other than going by their conditions. After loading everything in the truck, the moving guy told me that the total estimate for the move would be around $1200, which was three times more than what they quoted initially. By then I sensed that it was a bait and switch and I was already trapped. I spoke to the lady at their office, who did the sales and booked their service for me. She sounded surprised to know that the amount became three times the initial amount. She said her owner would call me and deal sort out the issue. Once the movers reached the destination, they gave me a bill for $1100 with packaging material worth $501. They mentioned that they used 30 blankets to cover my furniture which was $150 and to tie the blanket around the furniture they used 32 rolls of packaging tape which was $162. They charged $85 for a TV crate, which was nothing but two pieces of cardboard on either side of the TV stuck by packaging tape( Pic Attached). The promised fumigated mattress protector was nothing but black packaging film tied around the mattresses. I was charged $80 for that(Pic Attached). They said they have used 3 linen boxes charged at $30. All my stuff were packed by me in boxes. I don't know what those boxes were for. They were not willing to unload the stuff unless I pay them. The driver called the owner then and he was very rude and threatened me that he would take everything to storage and I need to pay the storage and moving charges from the storage. In addition to that, they charged me for toll and fuel surcharge which was not initially discussed.

When I checked online afterward, I understood that they have been cheating many by their bait and switch way of business fraud.
