Worst storage facility I’ve ever had to deal with! They try their absolute best to squeeze money out of you by raising rents and harass you several times a day when you’re late with a payment. Meanwhile they have a huge rodent problem in the units! The best they will do is say they’re so sorry YOU feel this way, then take their time to get back to you about maybe removing ONE fee (and keep the other) one time, and then keep harassing you going forward even if you’ve already explained your financial hardship. They’ll just keep charging late fees and whatever the heck fees they want and then say sorry you’re going through this but these are our fees and you should read the lease, while they collect hundreds of dollars off of each unit by providing nothing but an empty space! And they don’t even care if people leave and they have empty units which so many have done! I don’t know who is running this but that’s a really unfortunate business strategy. I’m just glad there is another storage facility down the road that just opened and they’re taking all the unsatisfied customers and offer way better conditions.

Irah in customer service was and always has been great. She helped me get my first storage unit secured and reserved. Then I called her for a bigger unit and she managed to reserve the last one available just for me which meant alot I needed the bigger space. I definitely recommend this company.
