All Purpose Storage

Needed to rent a storage facility for the month before my move. Easy access and a lot of space just for the 10x10 I was able to put all my furnishings and all of my stuff in there for a three-bedroom apartment. Irah was really helpful!

Iris was very helpful and walked me through signing up on line and clarified a bunch of confusion I had. We were able to process my payment and confirm my auto pay. She was most pleasant and kind and a delight to talk to. I appre-ciated that because I was a little annoyed that i couldn't get on the website and she fixd everything. She is great to talk to and I look forward to interacting with her again in the future. I have spoken to her before and recall being very impressed then, too, which is why I remembered her and her lovely name. It is with enthusiasm that I say Iris is truly an asset to All Purpose Storage because she left me feeling like a well-cared for customer, when I started out annoyed and upset that I couldn't get on the website to make a payment.
