Since this company bought the facility it has become awful!!!! The guy that owned it before was great. Now this company has raised the rent four times since they took over. From day ONE of a late payment they RELENTLESSLY call, text and email 3 times a day PLUS, EVERY SINGLE DAY THEYARE CONTACTING 10 times a day! They threaten auction without waiting the legal amount of time or without taking the proper legal steps, and add more fees than anything I’ve ever seen! When asked if they are aware of the legal process they need to follow before auctioning or threatening auction, they stutter and sidestep the question. Everyone’s having a tough time these days, give us a break! The amount of phone calls, texts and emails actually qualifies as harassment and is actually against the law as well- this is coming straight from an attorney. This company is obnoxious.
