All Purpose Storage

Irah was an excellent assistant. I had wanted to switch units and she stayed on the phone while I drove around to find a different unit. She answered all my questions and was extremely polite, patient and clear. I am very satisfied and highly recommend Irah and APS !

I chose this facility because of the security measures that were advertised: cameras and a locked gate with access code. Neither of those features are actually in place, despite raising the rent. No one is ever on site. I had asked for a manager to call me back for 6 months, not one did until I gave my move out notice. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Hello. I spoke with Dianne M. Approximately 10 days ago, regarding a storage unit at your Bernardston MA location.

Dianne thoroughly helped me with my questions and reserved a 10x30 storage unit for me.

I called back today and had the pleasure of working with Dianne M.again. She was absolutely amazing. Very professional, yet extremely friendly. She also is very knowledgeable about the entire process. Dianne is a major asset to the company.

I will continue to do business with All Purpose Storage, thanks to the wonderful care and service provided by Dianne.
