Review:
Switched owners. Previous owner lied to new company about my contracted rate and said that is was $40 more than it actually was. When it was determined that I was correct about my rate the new owners refused to honor the price I had signed at. Keep in mind the sale of this asset was secretive and no notice went out to the tenants until almost a week after the sale. Bad business! P.S. customer service for this company in in India or somewher.
