People with whom I had contact (by phone) were always friendly and helpful.

We were pleased with the location and security. Be advised that rodents do get in the spaces; we had several boxes and belongings chewed and destroyed beyond repair.

Sign up was easy and the Gentleman on the phone was very patient and helpful.

The locker I rented was secure and in very good shape.

Customer service side of operations is A++. You won't find better service elsewhere.

Sheila did an amazing job helping my wife pay the bill while moving out of 2 of the 4 units we occupied. As well as helping me with documentation needed.for the move out.
