Greedy! This company took over the Hillsboro Mini Storage and immediately raised rates. Then, over the next 2 years, they raised the rates 3 MORE TIMES! Don't use this storage place unless you're prepared to pay an increase every 6 months. I won't plug any other storage companies in the area but when I started looking for a new one - they were ALL cheaper than All Purpose Storage. I chose one that was 20% less and it has much better security and it's a lot cleaner. Oh, and when I moved out of All Purpose they tried to get me to finalize the move out 2 weeks early and refused to prorate a refund for the remaining time. I refused but they kept pushing me to move out sooner than agreed without refunding any of my monthly payment. I kept refusing until the last day just because that was such a slimy move for them to try.

Summary - Unless you have a lot of disposable income - look elsewhere. Plenty of options close by.
