I think it's really awful that in the one year we have been there, we have already had several rate increases. I feel like your strategy is to promise people one price and then once they get everything in, raise it to the point where they can't afford it anymore. I'm not sure why anyone would do that except maybe you want to be able to take possession of the unit contents when a person defaults? It certainly isn't good for longevity . I think it's really dishonest.

Everyyyyone that answers is the phone at this company is always sooo kind & professional. I wissshhh they had relatives that would get hired at the DMV & my health insurance company.
