Positive, helpful staff. We recently switched from a larger unit to a smaller one and the staff made the transition as easy for us as possible. They found us a unit near by, and we were able to move seamlessly within a few hours.
They assisted with email forms and appropriate next day follow-up. We have had no negative experiences in the approx. 3 years of storage use. The units are clean and safe, and staff have been consistently responsive and polite.
