I rented a unit at the Bennington facility a couple times when I needed short-term storage. The rates are good and the facilities very clean. Moreover, the customer service is excellent -- they've always gone out of their way to help when I had a question or a request. I cleared out my unit last Sunday and was traveling on Monday. Before I even had a chance to contact APS and let them know, Julia reached out to me to ask if I was still using the unit. When I said I was done with it for now, she did all the paperwork for the move-out, turned off my autopay, and emailed me the documentation, all in just a few minutes. A+ service! I highly recommend APS.
