Not is a great person to do business with. She speaks clearly, pleasant and is very patient. I felt comfortable renting a unit when we were done.

Max, the customer service rep, is spectacular at his job. He explained how to transitioning ownership Is working to upgrade the facility in Guildford. He let me know the inspector would be in touch with me about replacing. The latch is a superstar and I hope you can keep him.

I needed help today and was lucky enough to get Ira on the phone! So very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly!! I'll ask for her if I ever need help again!! Great customer service!!!

Had to put my stuff in storage (long story), this place CUT THE LOCK OFF, and then I finally was able to get there, I can't PROVE they stole my stuff, but a LOT of 'MY HERO ACADEMIA' memorabilia was gone, my Scentsy stuffed animals 'Loony Tune' Taz, Bugs and Sylvester box was EMPTY, a lot of the totes look gone through (that I could see) a lid wasn't put on correctly and now it's permanently ruined. I WOULD NEVER PAY TO STORE MY STUFF HERE AGAIN. The sad part is that I wasn't able to talk to anyone since I couldn't PROVE their employees are sketchy (or the owner is) but I haven't had my stuff there for a bit simply because they CUT MY LOCK, then miraculously my stuff is missing, the other party in charge my unit is family, I'd hope I can trust them, but I am out a lot of money, and those were SUPPOSED to be gifts for a kid because they are having a hard time, but I digress and will try to not hold the anger. Use at Your own risk but NO, THEY ARE NOT A COMPANY I CAN TRUST.
