All Purpose Storage

Absolutely disgusted with this company... Only good thing I have to say about the company is they did notify me when storage unit was broken into. But long story short I received a phone call the day after Christmas about my storage unit being broken into, upon investigation a very expensive snap on tool box was stolen, along with a generator and fishing equipment.i was told by the storage facility to contact the police and fill out a police report and file a insurance claim which I did that night here comes the great part... It's been 3 weeks since the break in the police have tried every single day to contact the storage facility about camera footage and the storage facility refuses to return the calls or send over the footage... It almost seems like the storage facility is covering up something? Maybe by there own employees? Now I have the insurance company constantly nagging me about a police report that the police can not complete with out the video footage... This company is showing they do not care about there customers at all and this whole situation is beyond stressful especially with little to no help from the storage facility....

Reliable storage space. No problems other than mice….But to be expected for basically garage type storage.
Spoke to Shawn as we need a second space week. He was very helpful
