They helped me a lot. I originally purchased a unit at the wrong location but they were about to transfer me over to the right one. Only had to pay the 5 dollar difference in cost for my case. The customer service representative made sure I qualified for the promotional services as well. She was very helpful and nice. Thank you so much for your help.
