Screwed up my reservation, called on a sunday at 8 am and a extremely helpful woman who goes by Cy helped me not only fix it but helped me get an awesome deal on a special they were having and made sure that i knew every detail abojt my unit before i ever even visited the property. Truly an amazing customer service expirience! Part two, Magnolia helped me get another 10x15 a few weeks after my initiap rental because the location and rates were friggen amazing

My payment was unfortunately late due to a compromised credit card. Sean was very patient and polite while he waited for me to get my replacement card and try to find a specific email message. Sean is truly an asset to the company.
