We used this storage place for several years. They we're always very professional and helpful and understanding when our credit card expired and I forgot to send them the new expiration date. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a storage space.
Also Irah was very helpful in helping me with the manner of closing our account when we cleared it out today. She was great..very professional and friendly.

Had recently had my bank card hacked, and a lot of money stolen. The card was on file for autopay. Which I was stressing pretty bad about my new card arriving in time because my monthly payment was due. And was afraid of being delinquent. My new card arrived today.Thankfully Irah answered, when I had called. She was amazing, and put me at ease. She put my new card on file, and was not charged a late fee. She also helped update my address. She did all this very quickly, and was very kind. THANK YOU IRAH !!!! Your help was greatly appreciated.
