Fast, friendly and very helpful. My credit card was compromised so I had to swap to a new one, was able to change it right over the phone.

We had to change our credit card info. Called today and talked to Max. He was so professional, so kind, and extremely nice. Very helpful as well.
We wish every call to all sales and service were as nice as this was. Congratulations to Max, felt very comfortable and at ease talking with him. He is spot on, kinda want to call him back just to talk.
Well done, also storage unit are clean. All around we are extremely satisfied with the units and service. Can't speak for all but Max was amazing.
