Exceptional Moving Service – Highly Recommend!
I recently had the privilege of working with All Roads Express, and I am thoroughly impressed with their exceptional service. From start to finish, they were professional, responsible, and incredibly friendly, making what is often a stressful experience feel seamless and stress-free.
The team—Hiram, Ronnie, Blake, and Joseph—arrived on time, handled my belongings with great care, and worked efficiently while maintaining a positive and courteous attitude. I was so impressed that even though I was paying an hourly rate, they didn’t slack off or waste time. They worked quickly yet carefully, ensuring everything was packed, transported, and unloaded with accuracy and care.
I was so happy with the move that I recommended them to a friend planning an out-of-state relocation—she’s already booked them for her long-distance move!
If you’re looking for a moving company that is reliable, efficient, and committed to making your move as smooth as possible, I highly recommend All Roads Express!
Amazing team, Ronnie was very attentive and careful, explained process thoroughly and answered all questions and concerns. Overall great service.
Great Moving Experience
I LOST MY 65' SAMSUNG TV DURING THE MOVING PROCESS!
I try so hard to forget it as my husband advised me so it doesn't affect my pregnancy, but once in a while, the thought of it creeps in, and that makes me depressed. This is a new TV that I hardly use.
THEIR CHARGES ARE RIDICULOUS!
Back to their unprofessional services and scam scheme. I'm an 8-star reviewer on Google, so this is not a fake person or review.
I contacted All Roads Express about my moving and U-Pack movers; U-Pack movers gave me a good price for 3 Relo cubes, including loading in Georgia and offloading in California cos they moved my family things before. When I told Tema from All Roads Express about the price U-Pack offered me, she spoke highly against U-Pack, how they are not a moving company, and how her own company will do the job better. I was like ok, let me go with Tema. I emailed Tema that I'm moving a 3-bedroom house and listed a few things in the house including the TV. All the while we spoke about the items in the house, I constantly told her that I couldn't remember everything I packed. I left GA for CA in 2023, and I have no one who can help me count the items cos I have the garage key where those things were packed in California.
She said, 'IF THE SPACE IS NOT ENOUGH WHILE LOADING THEY WILL CHARGE ME MORE BUT IF I DIDN'T USE ALL MY SPACE THEY WILL PAY ME LESS THAN WHAT THEY CHARGED ME FOR EACH CUBIT FEET.' In my mind, I said this is SCAM!!! If you are going to charge me $7.50 for 1 cu. Ft then you should be able to refund me the exact $7.50 if I didn't use up my space. I was indecisive between using them or buying Relo cubes from U-Pack to avoid unnecessary drama. My husband said let's go with Tema.
My initial total was $6774.41 which I paid $3,137.20 + a $500 initial deposit. During the pickup, we noticed that the space they gave me wouldn't take all my items, and we added an extra 250 cu. Ft space, which is $1,875. They gave us a new invoice totaling $5,012 to pay the driver at drop-off.
On Friday evening, the driver called and said that we should have our $5,012 ready when he got here. We went and purchased a money order on Saturday before USPS closed. On Saturday at about 5 pm Tema called that there was an error in the calculation that we were to pay the driver $5293.46 and not $5,012 I was upset cos I spoke with this lady twice within the week to help us talk to her company to reduce the money they charged us for the extra space we used. She never for once mentioned to me that they omitted $281.46 on my current bill. She told me she couldn't do anything at this point about reducing my bill. My husband spoke with her on Thursday, she said she will see if there is anything the company will do about the bill and get back to us. Friday, she never got back to us, only for her to call me on Saturday and say there was an error in the bill. HOW IS THE ERROR YOUR COMPANY MADE SUPPOSED TO BE MY PROBLEM? WHERE DO YOU EXPECT ME TO GET THAT EXTRA $281.46? SHE SAID I MUST PAY THAT EXTRA MONEY ELSE THEY WILL SEND MY NAME TO COLLECTION SERVICE lmao ?
I want to thank the driver for delivering on time and Hiram, for doing a wonderful job during loading in Georgia except for my missing TV that didn't make it to California. I asked them to send me the pictures Hiram took from the inside the garage but they never did. The picture I wrote them is the one he took from outside which didn't capture the side I had the TV. The picture that has a red arrow pointing to the TV was the picture I took at the initial packing. When Hiram arrived at the place, we had packed more items; he met us packing stuff when he came, so the picture he took had more items than the one I took.
They wanted to pay me peanuts for a TV that cost me more than $500, and on top of that, they would deduct $281.46, which they omitted by mistake from the TV compensation. My Husband said, Leave it to God to Judge. If we can pay more than $8,000 cash to them why can't we forget about their peanut TV money?
I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE
