All Safe Mini Storage

Very difficult process to get a unit. I went to a general website that confirmed my unit, my husband went to the facility after 10 am the next day and no one was there. I contacted the facility, left a message, finally got a callback and the guy says he meets by appointment only. But not very flexible with meeting up. He sent the rental app through Dropbox but you can only edit it if you have excel downloaded, not very customer friendly. Then by the time my husband was going to be back to the unit with our stuff, it was late, the guy could only meet that afternoon around 2:30, but could meet the next day around 12. By the time I got to speak with my husband about if we wanted it or not it was late, so I texted him back the next morning at like 8 am to see about scheduling an appointment that day but he said his schedule had changed blaming me for not getting back with him the day before, but never gave a time I could meet with him.... I’m not sure when he does business but he doesn’t have a customer friendly set up at all in any way.

I went with metro storage in Corpus Christi. Cheap, ground level, and climate controlled. Super easy process online, got my unit number and everything, and it only took like 5 mins. ?

Place needs a little updating but overall a Great Experience, Prompt and Friendly Customer Service!

This place is not safe at all! Your stuff gets stolen!

Have a storage here going on 5 months. I hadn’t visited the storage unit for a couple of months. I go today to get my stuff out and I drive up to my unit and I see the lock missing. I open my storage unit and it looks like someone had the time to wipe out my unit. While I was waiting there for CCPD to make a report it got dark out and I noticed that there are absolutely no security lights or cameras to the back of the lot. It is pitch black and the perfect opportunity for someone to go in and rob. I had no idea it was not lighted or that there was no surveillance back there until that point and time. Needless to say I lost possibly thousands of dollars of stuff and I’m not gonna get compensated for it. This place needs to up their security measures. At least pay attention to whether or not these storage units have locks if you know someone is occupying them. It’s not a huge lot, it should be simple to do. After this experience, definitely a thumbs down on this place.
