Huge shoutout to All Seasons Movers for making my life a breeze! I just moved from downtown to Wilmette, and it was a long drive with a lot of stress, but they handled everything like pros. I’m so thrilled to be in my new place. Thanks a ton, guys!

Do Not Use this Company! I trusted them! I used them in the past, AUGUST 31, 2024, was the LAST TIME!!! They are Unprofessional, Sophmoric, immature, thieves!!! They robbed me, Took all my winter clothes, My boots, my coats, my CAT TOYS, my step stool, my Cubs blanket, etc.!! They got greasy prints on my faux suede couch. I'm not even sure what else they got away with, But I disputed this charge with the credit card company And got my back! Jamie is the worst!! I'm glad I didn't tip them like I did in the past

I would do no stars if I could. First the price quoted was not what was charged. My move was 5 items and they tore my chair and scratched up freshly painted walls. Guy said he would come look at chair (I sent video) and compensate me but he didn’t show and won’t return messages. I told him about chair while they were moving a couch for my mother. He called the crew and said they were not getting paid for job. So my mom gave them cash. What a joke

I had a terrible experience with this company due to their dishonest business practices. They overcharged my card and when I called for clarification, the representative assured me he would check the invoices and call me back. He never did. After several attempts to follow up, I received the same response each time, and he never called me back as promised.

My move was on September 24th, and now, on October 8th, I called again. The same representative said he would call me back in five minutes after checking the invoices. He only returned my call after I threatened to contact my bank. When he did, he asked how much I was supposed to be charged, then falsely claimed it was $337. In reality, they had offered a discount (which I didn't ask for) that brought my total to $300, with a $50 deposit already paid.

Instead of acknowledging their mistake, he attempted to gaslight me, talking over me and refusing to let me explain. I regret not getting his name, as he might be the owner. Overall, this company is disorganized and unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.
