Ignacio Excellent job.. over and above expectation.
We chose your company because of the good reviews online, and we trusted the source. We originally just got two movers (because one guy didn't come all of a sudden), and clearly, that wasn't enough, so the first two hours, almost nothing was done (and one guy that I saw a lot in those nice reviews here actually was on his phone a lot) but we were still paid with full price for that period of time. All this time, we provided with tons of expensive drinks and snacks because we wanted to show my appreciation as I do understand it's a hard physical job. We also suggested them to take a break whenever they needed and gave them very good tips as well. HOWEVER, only later after they left (Is that why you asked us to sign that 'everything was safe and sound' contract before they leave our house, is that how your company does things??), we found multiple scratches on our expensive furnitures and a lot of dents and damages on the walls in our BRAND NEW house, and nobody told us ANYTHING about these damages. That's not even the worst, worst is that, today, after a couple months, I found out a desk that I haven't touched since the move, a leg was damaged and broken, and the movers taped the leg so that we couldn't find out about it when they were here??? Seriously? How old are you to do things like this? We valued your work and provided appreciation, and we can't even get honesty in return??? I'm not just disappointed, I feel gross and disgust that this kind of dishonesty exist. Based on my observation in the reviews, your company got the good reviews by pushing the customers to leave good reviews when the movers are still in their house? Ha! Just wow. Couldn't you just provide movers with professional trainings and enforce the good quality in human beings which is honesty?
