All-Star Furniture Installations

I am a Project Manager at an office furniture dealer who also coordinates my clients' deliveries & installs. I have contracted All-Star Furniture for numerous projects in the New York metropolitan area & they have always been very communicative, thorough, detail-oriented & rocked each install leaving no 'punch-lists' (aka unresolved issues needing a return trip or items needing to be corrected from install). Most projects have some sort of punch-list, even if it's minimal, so the fact that I've never had one with them yet is huge! Denise Papenhausen is their office manager, whom I always deal directly with for quoting & securing a job, and she is absolutely fantastic! She is extremely kind, communicative, responsive to voicemails or e-mails immediately & ensures my installs go smoothly for my clients. I cannot recommend All-Star enough!
