All Star Movers & Storage

I had a wonderful experience with All Star Movers, as they were very professional, very hard working, reasonably priced, and got my move done quickly as requested. I also had a lot of glass items and fragile stuff to move and all of the items were packaged with care and arrived with no scratches or damage. Thank you for making my move so efficient and easy! It was exactly what I was looking for in a moving company and I would definitely use them again for another move! Thanks again for all your hard work!

After having such a pleasant experience with All Star, I was saddened to discover, once I moved to the east coast, that some of my jewelry went missing from my nightstand after two of the movers packed up my bedroom (not Harp). Some of the jewelry was from my recently deceased grandmother, so it’s especially heartbreaking. One of the movers volunteered to pack the contents of my nightstand, not thinking about its contents, I agreed. Two small bags of my precious items were empty. Though I’m devastated, I also feel silly for not packing them away safely. That said, I’m so disappointed because I had such a lovely experience otherwise.

If you need to pack and/or move, I urge you to choose All Star! From beginning to end, the process was quick, efficient, professional, and courteous. Kiki is really responsive and was a great help despite my complicated schedule. Harp and his team packed and loaded my items seamlessly. They were diligent, friendly, patient, and a wonderful trio. I loved them and their positive energy and incredible skill packing! My mom was here to support and ended up getting their information because she was so impressed. Trust me, I’ve moved a lot, all over the country, and this was the best company I’ve hired thus far!

The move itself was good, but the company referred a packer/cleaner that used the opportunity to steal our identity. We frequently receive bills and calls about accounts she opened in our name. We are aware of her name because we paid her. This company is good enough but they recommend sketchy operators.

Seven years later--their sketchy contractor is still showing up in our creditors info.

They worked hard smartly. but one thing I want to mention is, they should have evaluated packages/boxes, precisely. when they inspected what I have, they told me that 'It takes 3 hours to load/unload', but actually, It took almost 5 hours. As you know, labor cost to extra, or overtime, are more expensive than normal.
