Grandolyn was absolutely fantastic! She had everything ready to go when I arrived and remembered who I was from talking to her a few weeks prior. Such a warm and welcoming team.

pull into the self storage waiting for my husband I stopped to call him school next-door is letting out kids are everywhere. Traffics everywhere. I can’t find him. He can’t find me, but Karen decides to come out of the office and start waving her hands at me Karen pulls out her phone starts recording and walks up to my car. I then roll my window down and say ma’am don’t be a Karen today. She proceeds to tell me to get out of the parking lot among other things, I didn’t hear her. I rolled my window up the moment I heard the attitude. I could’ve been a customer i continue my call at this point adrenaline rushing I’m shaking. I’m upset but I’m gonna ignore her tons of kids everywhere cars everywhere except this parking lot completely empty I wonder why she walk around the back of my car to take my license plate and record me. I roll my window down and say I’m not even here to pick up a kid you don’t know why I’m here. Shame on you. I could’ve been there for some storage but instead was immediately attacked and totally leave. I feel bad for the customers that have to visit this lady. She looks like life hates her. and apparently, she hates life I left in the span of maybe three minutes

Quick and easy. I rented my unit online. I stopped by the office and was guided to my unit. The office manager, Raylene, was extremely helpful and patient with my questions.

Wonderful service, Raylene took the time to explain process. I highly recommend this location!!
