great company! I have used them many times. we just bought a house and moved 2 apartments into 1 house and they went to all locations and were very fast and reliable and flexible and super easy to work with and very affordable! thank you Danyelle and James and everybody who helped us! we are very happy!!

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

6/25/21. For starters, called in & asked office rep to have movers call me when they were on their way, but they did not.

Mover JAMES quit on me in the middle of a move. After loading truck w/at least 40 percent of my belongings - JAMES became very disrespectful, nasty, rude & unprofessional. As we were holding a very civil conversation, he decided he would get an attitude w/me while attempting to change price (hours of labor.. from 2 - 3 hours - to 4 - 5 hours). Wanted to argue, but when I didn’t give argue, he tried to find another reason to get angry anyway. My opinion, JAMES did not want to do the job...simply because it was a hot day. Despite me helping bring items to the truck, JAMES did not want to follow through w/my 1-bedroom apartment move.

In addition, JAMES wanted to use a spool of my tape to tape up my expensive credenza-hutch because he didn’t have any plastic wrap on his truck to wrap the 1 item I requested to have wrapped!!! Putting tape directly onto dark cherry wood would have clearly ruined it. Someone needs to take serious quality time w/JAMES & teach him people skills, management skills and how to properly, efficiently & professionally move.

In addition, JAMES began using profanity & swearing (to himself) in front of my apartment - as he removed all my items from the truck. Needless to say, as a Minister of God I was quite offended by his disrespect...especially being that there was no arguing going on, except w/himself.

His help ANDREW & I were both baffled as to why he chose to go that route as he began removing everything that was already loaded. Called manager...complained about JAMES & gave me his word that he’d check it out & call me back but never did.

Also in the process of moving my items back into my house, JAMES (physically) almost ran me over w/the dolly had I not jumped off the sidewalk to give him room. Had I not taken his aggression into consideration & followed my reflex to quickly move out of the way, JAMES would be facing an attempted assault charge today!!! Now ask yourself...is this the type of (company) behavior you want to patronize.

ANDREW on the other hand was very polite, respectful, helpful & professional...even apologized repeatedly for his crew member’s behavior...despite it being his first day on the job.

DON’T BE BAMBOOZLED BY THIS COMPANY!!! Their office representative (Danyelle) was very professional over-the-phone, but this company does not measure up. They left me terribly inconvenienced. Very very poor concern for their customers & obviously un-bothered by their unprofessional employees. I’d rate this company a negative 5 stars if I could. TERRIBLE!!!

They were 4 hours late to start, and the crew had worked those 4 hours at another job not our so by the time they came to our house around Noon, they were hungry for lunch and tired already. The whole move was completely uncoordinated and the entire moving staff of 6 there were only 2 that knew what they were doing. By the time they finished at 9 pm it was a complete train wreck, everything was piled into the garage no order whatsoever, and on top of that they left a refrigerator at the old house, which the owner promised they would send two guys to pick up the next day and of course once we released the money (my wife's mistake) we never heard from them again. So very shoddy job of moving, destroyed a ceiling fan as they were moving things into family room, had to hire another crew to pick up the refrigerator the next day and as the days wore on realized how bad of job they had and how much damage they did. We are going to take them to small claims...do not hire these people! If this state regulated movers these guys would have lost their license!

They are thieves! They stole my sons watches! DO NOT USE THEM!!

I hired this company..altogether moving and storage..as they were finishing the move one if the workers broke my flat screen tv..my son and myself told the worker you broke my tv..he said we have insurance so it will take care of it my son took all the info on the tv and sent it to the company..Danielle said we will text you the claim number..a few days went by and I called them and was informed that the owner doesn’t want to claim it on his insurance so they will have a new tv to me by the weekend.. weekend came and went and no tv.. I called again and got no results.. they stop taking my calls.. so I’m telling everyone who wants to hire this company that they are dishonorable company.. do not hire them..I wish I would have read some of there reviews because I wouldn’t have hired them.. I have filed a complaint against them the bbb. Next I will take them to small claims court.. so if I can stop one person from going through what I went through by telling my story it’s worth it..
