We were really happy with All-Ways Moving. The people were nice and they did exactly what they said they would do. No surprises. We used them for storage and for moving. Our stuff was in good shape after a full year of storage. When we moved, the guys worked really hard, and there was not even a scratch on the wall. It's nice dealing with a local business and people who remember your name.

We had a pipe freeze and burst in December, flooding 3/4 of the house. We were so devastated to need so much repair work, requiring a complete pack-out to storage, we didn’t even know where to begin. Thankfully we found Jim and team. They gave an estimate after a video call walkthrough, and they wrote it in great detail for the insurance. We had the team help with the packing because the chaos was so overwhelming, then move everything out to a storage container in the driveway. They managed to fit everything — there was not one square inch left in that container. It was a masterpiece of packing. After the repairs were done, the team came back to bring everything into the house again. They also re-assembled our beds, which meant so much — to finally be able to sleep in our own beds that very night!

I don't live in Berkshire County, but had to find a mover to get my mom's things from Adams to the Boston area. The relator provided a list of companies, and I filled out a form on All-Ways' website on a Sunday.

On Monday morning, I got a call and set up a virtual walkthrough. They called at the agreed time, and provided a quote within 24 hours.

On moving day, they showed up on time, were super-nice to my mom and got the job done efficiently and at a very reasonable price.
