As for my one and only Bad review in almost 20 years of business Kay Morehouse was totally unappropriate to even write such a review people can see that she did not pay me for the month and was about to be over locked when she notified me of her son making a move I went down there and was very polite and said l to her Son she owes the rent and I accepted $50 instead of $110 which was owed and I thought that was very fair seeing I was going to lose the month's rent anyways I have of the one best facilities in the area paved blacktop and draines business is business Kay I feel I was more than fair with Ms Morehouse !!!

Wish I could give less than one star...This man, Ron, intended to sabotage our move. I had an $800.00 Uhaul rented, my family had taken days off from work, and when I notified him that my son would be in the storage area that evening, possibly late, he went ballistic because I hadn't paid the rent for that month, 9 days in. (I notified him a month earlier of my intention to wait on a final bill. He never contacted me or told me he didn't handle it that way). He wouldn't allow me to speak, or explain, that I didn't know he had to have the full months rent, and then refund it. He then told me he had put a lock on the unit, and I couldn't take anything out until I paid the rent for that month. I told him okay, my son would pay him...he said he would not be 'available' until 10:00 pm. I then called my son who was in the shed. There had been no lock on it. Minutes later Ron (who said he was not available) shows up with the intention to put a lock on it then, but stuff had already been loaded. After yelling at my family, he takes the $50.00 my son's girlfriend offered, and leaves. He wanted to lock us out of the shed, rather than get the money. Why? This kind of mean behavior baffles me. If he had locked the unit on us, it would have cost us dearly in time and money. We rented from him for 3 years, and paid early every month, and he treats us like criminals. If I had wanted to run out on him in the middle of the night I wouldn't have notified him twice. I don't understand.
