Whatever I need to ship, they handle it!

U-Haul really dropped the ball on mine and my girlfriend's rental, miscommunication with corporate and the staff here made up for U-Haul and then some. They're so kind and friendly, even with the office closed the owner herself pitched in to help out. The staff doesn't get any more kind or understanding, truly deserving of 7/5 stars!

If I could give a 10-star review, I would! U-Haul royally messed up on their end and the staff here went so far out of their way to get everything figured out. The owner even came in to see if there was anything she could do to help. Such amazing, helpful and cooperative people. Would definitely come back again if I ever needed anything! ?
