Had another group load us up and Allen Movers unload our truck. It was night and day we were so pleased with the professionalism of the Allen Movers. They showed up and went to work!

We booked this company through uhaul to help assist with our move. The 1st offense was me asking them to come anytime AFTER 12pm for him to turn around & say they were coming at 10. They get to my home & tell me what they're going to do so I left them to their job. They were not able to fit everything on the truck we had. So the guy tells me to let them know when we get another truck & they'll come back out to finish the move. We'd paid for 4 hours & they'd only worked for 2 hours so he said we'd be good. We won't even get into how poorly our truck was packed. Fast forward to when we have a truck, he takes his time getting back with me to square away a time. Then when he does get back to me, he says we have to book & pay AGAIN before they'd come out to help!!!! He DID NOT say a mumbling word about this the week prior. If we had known this, we'd have made arrangements for this, but I refuse to pay him another dime when him & his crew lied to us about coming out the next week to finish the job with no problem. I do my utmost best to support small businesses, but some of them make it VERY hard to do that. I see other people have had great experiences with them, but I'd be sure to cross all your t's & dot all your i's working with them. I would never recommend anyone to them. I'd pay 2 men & a truck 1st.

They helped us move into our storage unit and then back out when our house was ready. Very responsive and communicative! Did a great job moving us.

Hire these guys!! I booked Allen Moving to help unload our uhaul trailer and they were absolutely worth it. Unbeatable price after receiving quotes for other movers. They were on time, responsive, easy to work with. CJ and Jax had an amazing, positive, friendly attitude and knocked out so much work (to the 3rd floor!) in such a short amount of time. These are the guys you want helping you move!

We used Allen Moving for one large move and they did such a great job that we called them for a second, smaller job. They were prompt, courteous, and professional every time.

Would definitely recommend them and would use them again.
