Very rude tore our BOL in half. Doesn't care about the product.

OTR delivery was not bad had open appointment I approached maple off of Marne. Was able to park on shoulder to check in. Plenty of room on street to back up to outside ramp. Unloaded in a timely manner.

Faith and Kenny packed/moved my things and they could not have been nicer. They were careful and informative. I think my belongings are in good hands. Thank you both!

Unprofessional, rude individuals running the phone lines. Was given attitude for asking basic questions.

The packers were great! They did a great job and were very careful/ detailed. However, the guys who came to move were not careful, not very professional, damaged many things, and got my furniture filthy. Would def not recommend at all.
