Zero starts if I can, people answering the phone are the most unprofessional trash I ever talked too. I cant even come up with a better word for them then trash. Very rude responses. They need a lesson on communication and relationship with people. No manners.

Lazy, poor handling of belongings, unprofessional, damaged property, used foul language, inexperienced packing team, rude, worst experience I have had. Manger was unprofessional had no accountability. Told me that’s what insurance was for after damaging property. DO NOT USE THEM!!! The rating speaks for itself!

We are still dealing with this company and we won't get to our things until January of 2021 but I wanted to specifically write about a few things.
1. Debbie, absolutely sweet and she has really been nice to my husband and I while dealing with her. Great customer service.
2. Sally, HORRIBLE customer service. Acts as if he hates his job and is very rude. He's very short with his responses and somewhat snappy. It's really unnecessary and unfortunate that someone of this caliber is working in an area where he has to deal with people.
3. The movers, they were really nice and the overseer was good at explaining anything and everything to my husband. I'm praying that they packed everything nicely and nothing will be damaged but my husband had nothing but nice things to say about them.

I'll give more or less stars once we retrieve our belongings.
