Alliance moving hires the best people. They arrived on time and were very professional. They even moved all of our flooring for the gym equipment. Great job and they made our move less stressful, which we appreciate.

Beware!!! Do not use them. I was referred to Alliance by my realtor. I was moving out of town, and they came and reviewed what needed to be moved and gave me a quote. The morning of the move they showed up with the contract which stated they only cover any damaged items at $.60 per pound. I questioned this with the owner's son, however this was their policy. I signed the contract because I didn't have a choice!! I had to be out of the house that day. Reluctantly there was damage to an antique item that was a birthday gift worth about $400 that broke during the move. If I knew they would only cover or insure my items at $.60 per pound I would have never used them. If the truck would have had an accident, I would have lost everything and would have gotten pennies on the dollar for all my items.
They also did not pack the truck efficiently and left 2-3 foot gaps on tops of the truck. At the end there was not enough space and I had to give away a couple thousands of dollars' worth of stuff or rent another truck. I decided to give the personal items away to a charity who had a truck and were willing to come to the house a pickup the remaining personal items and left some for the new homeowner. When I asked about replacing my broken item it took 3 e-mails for a response and they sent me the form. I would have got $9 for a $400 item. Don't bother!!!! I also tipped the owner's son $400 after the move because he did do a good job and worked hard. If I knew they would not just replace the one Item I surely would not have tipped him anything. I thought they would be good people and replace the 1 item that was damaged without submitting a claim to their insurance and getting me $9. Totally disappointed with them and they didn't bother to follow-up over the last 2 months. I have never taken the time to give a negative review, but people need to be aware before using Alliance to move.

As an interior designer working with a storage facility is a necessity for out of state projects. My experiences working with Nick at Alliance have been exemplary. He's is organized, responds quickly and very helpful with solving issues that often come up with deliveries. All the items we stored with Alliance were well cared for and arrived undamaged. The installation team was amazing! Very helpful and willing to do whatever we asked even when everyone was exhausted at the end of the day. They kept all the debris picked up and disposed of everything daily. I will use Alliance every time I have a project in their area. Thanks Alliance Team!
