The moving crew was timely and efficient. We had an extra stop on the way, so it was a LOT of work. I couldn't believe how quickly they finished everything. Unfortunately, my bookcase arrived all scratched up. I've moved with that bookcase a few times and was able to keep it pristine through those moves, so I'm disappointed about that. Overall I'd recommend them, just make sure to protect your stuff from scratches by using blankets or something.
