~Good Day,
Before I go into the negative experience with this company, I am a third time returning customer as I was pleased with the service. However this last move on Jan 17th 2025 was a complete nightmare! Upon the movers arrival it took 30 mins before they started moving items into the truck, due to phone conversations with the boss in regards to the time frame & revised estimate.' My personal property was NOT handled with care! I was almost forced to sign a contract stating that if anything was damaged I just have to accept it! Bad business & That should be illegal! As the movers were loading my items into storage, I caught one of them just tossing my expensive off white & gold bar stools up over some boxes! They were covered in plastic bags in which fell off & he left them laying on the ground! I picked them up myself & covered my stool. As I was standing there because of the improper positioning one tumbled & almost hit me in the head, but I stopped it with my hand! Horrible, he showed no remorse or empathy! Something also told me to check my chandelier in which was wrapped with bubble paper and covered inside a large thick bear rug also placed in a thick huge heavy duty construction plastic bag. Plenty of protection. When I opened the bag, my heart dropped! My over 1,800 dollar crystal chandelier that was purchased in Los Angeles, was broken in three pieces? Again no empathy shown, as I was talking to them about it...they clearly ignored me and kept loading the space! I called the owner Jaggy and didn't receive genuine remorse from him either. What he articulated was the contract signing in regards to damages! I pushed for some kind of discount which was only $80.00 off of a over $700.00 balance! I accepted but will NEVER use this company again! My advice to you Jaggy, value your Valued customers! Do everything possible to leave your customers with a positive experience that will award you with continued support! Your business flourishes based on clientele...such a disheartening experience! Also hire employees that have respect for clients personal items as they don't understand the value that each piece holds, old or New!!!
