The broker didn’t reveal they were a broker. Once paid they stop communicating, said they would call me back and never did. The movers just threw my stuff in the box. My stuff was in storage while I looked for a place moving from VA to NY and by the time I realized belonging were damaged it was past the 90 day mark. Highly do not recommend. Poor communication too.

Paid 75k to have Allied move our home and 2 cars cross country from CA to CT. Crated one of a kind mirrors cracked, custom furniture soiled and broken, appliances and exercise equipment broken, Miele vacuum parts missing. I’ve been fighting with them for 3 months now to refund me +$4100 to replace. Completely unprofessional service. I would not recommend them.

I decided to reach out to Allied as Forbes ranked them #1 for long-distance movers. I worked with Lori Sabbatino (Brandon Transfer & Storage) and had a wonder experience. Lori visited us at home, and was extremely thorough and efficient during her survey. I received clear and detailed inventory sheet and quote within a few hours. Lori was very transparent with pricing. Because Allied and Brandon are full-service moving companies, it will cost a bit more than PODS or other container shipping companies, however labor (packing and loading) is included so we don’t have to worry about the hassle or cost of hiring additional helpers/movers. Ask for Lori if you live in NY too for excellent service.

Horrifying sales team! I asked for the price range and said okay thank you that is all I need to know for right now and he hung up saying ' Piece of Shh***'
