There was very little communication from our move coordinator after we signed the contract. We had to call to find out that the person who was assigned to our account was no longer with the company. Not receiving any updates was frustrating and disappointing. However, our driver and moving crews were exceptional and made the experience worthwhile.

My assigned driver, Joe, was absolutely incredible and worked well with his crew on both ends of the delivery. I wish I could work with him for all of my moves! All of my belongings arrived safely and quickly. It was very difficult navigating the timeline of the process (I received some contradictory info throughout regarding what was the likely period of the range the belongings would be delivered and when I’d receive notice of the precise delivery day); but once the driver was assigned everything was clearly explained/ communicated and the process went smoothly. I am overall happy with my experience!

Very good service from customer service to the movers on both ends from one house to the other. The movers took the time to wrap everything and set up on the other end. Would definitely recommend them.
