This place is a joke. You call the local number and end up with customer service that is God knows where. They have no knowledge of anything in the Hagerstown area. All I wanted was to rent a appliance dolly but got nothing for my time and effort.

The men made 5 mistakes.
1. one man was drunk when he arrived at our home. He was also drinking Red Bull when he arrived.
2. They took 2 chairs that were designated for DE and took them to MD. You should make that delivery correct.
3. They did not tie a glass top wooden shelves to the dolly and it went over, face first, on the lawn. Thank goodness it was OK.
4. They were asked to put furniture in specific places in DE and they seemed to just ignore the requests.
5. The cabinet going into the dining room has a major scratch on the wooden shelf on the bottom. It had to be scratched when they took items out of it to pack the contents.
This is what I significantly noticed. You should make it right.
