The driver was very good and responsive. The crew on both ends were very poor in their handling of our items. They opened up some boxes we had packed to insert smaller boxes inside. It should be against company policy to open a customers box without customer authorization. The crew mishandled my tool boxes so presently I am unable to open them up to the manner in which they moved them. Your company did not accurately estimate the size of the 2 loads on the truck. As a result one quarter of our load was not able to fit on the truck and is currently in your warehouse awaiting another truck heading west. This load includes a dresser with clothes we can not access. I was surprised that I had to pay for the entire load prior to receiving even though part of our load is sitting in your warehouse.
