Very pleased with Allied!

This was my first time using professional movers and it was great! They were always easy to get in touch with throughout the moving process if I had questions and were careful with all my things.

Driver was great, unloading at destination was great. Sub-contracted loading help in SC was lazy and incompetent. Unloading saw dozens of crushed boxes marked fragile (that we could see were in the bottom of a stack) and a half dozen completely broken pieces of furniture (mostly the last few things they packed, as they were getting tired and lazy).

This was my first time using a company for an out-of-state move, and I had many questions. The office staff was kind and courteous and answered my questions, and the movers who loaded my items on the front-end were efficient and careful. There were a few errors when my items were delivered. However, what was most impressive was the way management handled these things and offered to make sure everything was fixed to my satisfaction.
