marion was very personable and within 1% of the weight. the loading crew left alot be desired. warehouse group supplied us wih plenty of boxes. gav ihe driver was flexable on the delivery date and time which made the home improvement team very happy. i would recommend allied as a moving company.

The agent gave us a “won’t be higher than this” bid, we packed a lot of our own stuff and got rid of 2 entire living room sets and when it came down to packing, they added $1600 worth of packing and packaging costs. Only about half of our stuff was marked and inventoried with numbers. Even with the extra cost for packaging, we still had entire dish pack boxes with appliances and kitchen items thrown in without any paper or padding. We honestly will not be surprised if our damage claim rises higher than what it cost to move. And now our agent that originally booked us will not respond to texts or emails.
