The move was as painless as can be. Allied sent packers to pack the dishes and breakables two days before the move and they did an outstanding job packing all.

Santiago, the lead on the loading crew, was as accommodating (and patient) as he could be. The loading went smoothly, and the guys at origin to destination were as courteous as they could be, and extremely careful with all of our goods.

Allied took, what was for us, a stressful situation and did everything in the end to put our minds at ease.

They were professional, timely and helpful

The worst move I’ve ever had in 30 years/13 moves! Everything went wrong—from leaving a ton of stuff unpacked at my old place to damaging the walls there, to breaking tons of my stuff including many antiques, to total communication breakdown, the driver falsely claiming to have unpacked my whole kitchen (as prepaid for) and leaving all the debris uncollected, to more than a week of inaction and unresolution from the company on remediating and refunding for any of the above. I am truly horrified at the level of incompetence, unprofessionalism, and total lack of concern by anyone at Coleman Allied. I did my research and chose them because they were highly rated and well reviewed—I’ve never regretted a decision so much. Now I’m out $18k and a house full of broken furniture and boxes, with no move from Allied to rectify. Stay away!!!

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. Worst moving experience of our lives. My husband has moved at least 10 times in 20 years and this was his worst also. The list of issues is too long to list but if you want all of your items inventoried, handled well, delivered on time and to receive all of the services you pay for, DO NOT GO HERE!!!
