Allied Van Lines

Estimator Jay, packing crew under Eddie, driver Antonio and both load and unload crews were great. All our art work and the flat TV were handled/packed with great care Reserving review until office staff helps resolve damage to a wall in the house we left and repair/replace a floor lamp damaged in transit. Emails bring no response from office. Update: impossible process to make a claim for property damage

Jay Horowitz and driver Vinny were outstanding and most helpful. Packers, movers, and delivery men were excellent.

This franchise tried to pad the estimate several times to get more money for me, Very poor at communicating and wouldn’t fulfill the promises the estermater gave at inspection. I wouldn’t recommend them.
Things got so bad that I had to reach out to Allied corporate office to take action.
However, the Allied driver and crew were outstanding as always and this is the 15th time we have used Allied Van Lines.

Our move experience was unexpected because it was excellent from start to it's completion at our destination.
