I was really impressed with my initial evaluation- the weight estimate was spot on and she was very responsive in initial communications. The driver was also excellent! However the day laborers hired to move my belongings were rather careless and several of my items were heavily damaged during transit- I'm still waiting on someone to contact me regarding reimbursement for those damages.

After i paid for services in order to get my items off the truck, the experience became terrible. They no longer cared about me or my things. Broken items, no call backs, dining room table didnt get un-crated until a week after delivery, vms ignored for almost a week.

Working to unpack our move. Allied Moving Company is a no go, friends. A $6k bill on top of broken furniture, squished marked fragile boxes, and tons of broken dishes (in squished boxes marked fragile).

Wow, just wow. Six thousand dollars prepaid to demolish our crystal, china and antiques. I’m nauseated.

Allied Moving Company. Steer clear.

Colman/Allied Van Lines employees made this move from Mobile Alabama to Crossville Tennessee a very worry free and stress free move. All of the people that we had contact with were very professional (except when I was being silly with them, they joined right in). If we ever have to move again they will be our go to people. I can’t say enough good things of the service they provided.
