The three men, particularly, on the pickup from Gulfport were exemplary! I've never seen such careful packing! Even the shelves for the bookcase were padded and packed. Such attention to detail! I don't think even a 'teacup' was broken.
Wayne too, 'held my hand' throughout the entire stressful processing ..keeping me abreast every step of the way. My real estate agent, Sandi Pickard, said that Fayard was the best choice, and she was spot on!
Thanks a million..George 'Pete Manley, and your office staff as well. They ladies help me secure packing boxes, which was a saving to me.

Left my apartment parking lot an absolute mess. Trash everywhere.

I give three out of five stars for a few reasons. The positive reasons are because Wayne Brock, our main contact, was awesome. He was nice, respectful and honest. I would work with him again. The second positive reason is because the gentleman who packed and loaded everything were professional, personable, and super efficient. The last positive is because our stuff was delivered and wasn’t broken or lost.

The reasons they did not get four or five stars is because, the person who estimated our load was under by almost 3,000 lbs. Not only was this A LOT more but it made the price that was quoted A LOT higher. Now, I understand that an estimate is an estimate, but to have been in the business as long as he had and to be off by that much, is a problem. This one thing made the move more stressful than it needed to be, as it warranted discussion on pricing and who should cover the difference, etc. They ultimately did bring the price down, and rightly so, but it was stressful and little sketchy nonetheless.
The last reason, is because they were late on delivery.
